Major Responsibilities

• Prepare computer-generated maps and data with information regarding mine locations, mined-out areas including the development of directories and 1:24 K maps with detailed mine map information for active and abandoned underground mines.

Current Projects

• IDOT and IMSIF contracts to develop 1:24K mine maps and directories detailing abandoned mine map boundaries, information and history.
